Welcome to FlirtMuse (the “Service”), available at flirtmuse.com (the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Pepperose LTD, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales, having its registered office at The Maylands Building, Office 42, Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, England, HP2 7TG, registered with Companies House under number 06112811 (“Pepperose LTD”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, AI Content Disclaimer, and Content Moderation & Monitoring Policy (together, the “Policies”), all of which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is for entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, or emotional support. If you are experiencing distress or a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
All AI Companions are fictional. They are computer-generated characters with no genuine emotions, memory of you beyond the session context, or ability to act in the real world. Nothing an AI Companion says constitutes a promise, offer, or representation by Pepperose LTD.
AI output can be wrong. Generative AI is an emerging technology and may occasionally produce inaccurate, repetitive, or otherwise imperfect content despite our safeguards.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old, and of the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

1.2 We use age-gating on entry and may require age or identity verification at any time, including through an independent third-party age-assurance provider where required by the law of your jurisdiction (see our Content Moderation & Monitoring Policy, Section 1). We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without refund, if we reasonably believe you are underage, have misrepresented your age, or have failed a required verification.

2. The Service

2.1 FlirtMuse provides access to AI-generated conversational companions (“AI Companions”) and associated AI-generated media (text, images, and other formats as made available from time to time), for adult entertainment purposes, including the ability to create custom AI Companions. All AI Companions are depicted and described exclusively as adults aged 18 or over.

2.2 Responses are generated automatically by machine-learning models. They do not represent real people, facts, or professional advice. You must not rely on the Service for medical, legal, financial, or mental-health guidance.

2.3 We may add, remove, or modify AI Companions, features, or content at any time, at our discretion, including in response to content-moderation requirements.

3. Account

3.1 Access may be provided through passwordless authentication (e.g. a magic link) or another method we make available. You are responsible for keeping your email address and session secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 Your account is personal to you, non-transferable, and may not be sold, shared, or used for commercial purposes.

3.3 You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date, and to provide further verification information if we reasonably request it (for example, to confirm your age or prevent fraud).

4. Credits and payments

4.1 Certain features require prepaid credits. Prices are shown in EUR (or another applicable currency) before purchase. Credits are consumed per message, per custom companion created, or per other interaction, as displayed at the point of use.

4.2 One-off purchases only. Credit purchases are single, one-time transactions. FlirtMuse does not offer subscriptions, free-trial conversions, or any form of automatic recurring or negative-option billing, and we will never charge your payment method again after a purchase without a new, separate transaction initiated by you. Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active.

4.3 Unless required by applicable law or our Refund Policy, credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Promotional or bonus credits have no cash value and may be modified or discontinued with notice on the Site.

4.4 Billing descriptor. Charges for credit purchases will appear on your card or bank statement as “flirtmuse.com”.

4.5 Billing support. If you do not recognise a transaction appearing on your card or bank statement as “flirtmuse.com”, please contact our support team at help@flirtmuse.com before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank. We investigate all billing enquiries promptly and aim to resolve legitimate issues without the need for a dispute.

4.6 We may change pricing at any time; changes will not affect credits already purchased and will be shown on the Site with reasonable notice before they take effect for new purchases.

5. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not attempt to:

use the Service if you are under 18;
generate, request, or share content depicting minors, non-consensual sexual activity, incest, bestiality, or any other content prohibited under our Content Moderation & Monitoring Policy;
use the Service to harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or impersonate any real person;
reverse-engineer, scrape, probe, or overload our systems, or circumvent moderation or security controls;
share, resell, or transfer your account or credits;
use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches any applicable law of your jurisdiction;
use the Service to arrange, facilitate, solicit, or advertise a real-world meeting, escort service, prostitution, dating arrangement, or any other offline sexual or commercial interaction with any person;
use the Service to generate content intended to impersonate, deceive, or falsely represent any real individual, organisation, or public figure.

AI Companions are fictional and exist solely within the Service. They cannot meet you in person, exchange personal contact details, or participate in any real-world activity, and no output from the Service should be treated as an invitation or arrangement to do so.

6. Fraud prevention and monitoring

We monitor transactions and account activity for fraud, payment abuse, and suspicious or unlawful activity, and we reserve the right to suspend or refuse any transaction or account where we reasonably suspect fraud, unlawful activity, or a breach of these Terms.

7. Content moderation and monitoring

7.1 We operate automated and, where appropriate, human review of interactions to detect and act on content that breaches these Terms or our Policies, in particular content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or illegal activity. See our Content Moderation & Monitoring Policy for full detail on how this works, retention, and reporting to authorities.

7.2 You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use any generated output. We do not control, verify, or endorse AI-generated output, and moderation controls may alter or block a response before it is delivered to you.

8. Intellectual property

The Site, branding, software, and underlying technology are owned by Pepperose LTD or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for lawful, personal entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content except as permitted by law or these Terms. If you believe content on the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, see the reporting procedure in our Content Moderation & Monitoring Policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate, original, or meet your expectations. Nothing in this section limits any right you have as a consumer under mandatory UK or EU law that cannot be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pepperose LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10.2 Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Suspension, termination, and account closure

11.1 We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or any Policy, to protect the Service, other users, or third parties, or to comply with legal obligations.

11.2 You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us at help@flirtmuse.com.

11.3 On closure of your account, whether by you or by us:

your access to the Service ends;
any unused credits are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy;
we may retain certain information where required by law, or for fraud prevention, chargeback defence, or other regulatory compliance purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy; and
any remaining personal data is processed and, where applicable, deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Third-party links and services

The Service may link to or rely on third-party websites, payment processors, or AI infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

13. Sanctions and restricted jurisdictions

The Service is not available where adult digital entertainment is prohibited by local law, or where applicable trade sanctions or export-control restrictions apply. You confirm that you are not located in, and are not a national or resident of, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive UK, EU, or UN sanctions, and that you are not otherwise restricted from receiving services of this kind. We reserve the right to restrict or refuse access where necessary to comply with these or other legal or regulatory obligations.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and, where required by law, notified to you by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please see our Complaints Policy. We aim to resolve all complaints directly and promptly before any formal dispute arises.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

16.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

16.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim. If you are a consumer, this is without prejudice to any mandatory right you have under applicable consumer-protection law to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence, and, if you are a consumer habitually resident in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pepperose LTD regarding the Service.
